Naqi Jaffery is an entrepreneur, speaker, writer, and analyst. For over 40 years, he has worked for market research and media companies and made groundbreaking contributions. Mr. Jaffery is a fiscal progressive and a firm believer in the freedom of journalists, but not of corporate media barons.

Mr. Jaffery draws his inspiration from Edward. R. Murrow, the broadcast journalism icon who dedicated his life to the bedrock principles of truthfulness and honesty, and who refused to bend to the entrenched power of corporate media elites.

Who We Are

Media Mores publishes up-to-date, unfiltered news stories, podcasts, and analysis from third-party sources to advance our core mission which is to serve as an advocate for a national, progressive, media network that serves people, not corporations.

We aggregate information from multiple credible sources to give you a worldview from a progressive perspective. The third-party sources for our news stories and podcasts are not affiliated with us.

We cover major developments around the world, providing news that is generally ignored and often distorted by the mainstream media. We are not beholden to Wall Street and special interests and are committed to the pursuit and propagation of truth without fear or favor.

To transform the media landscape, a powerful platform with solid financial backing is needed. Media Mores has stepped in to provide such a platform. Accomplishing our vision - the setting up of a progressive media network - is not a trivial undertaking. It requires the coming together of a large number of individuals in a collective effort to support the vision.

Our Vision

Our Vision is the establishment of free, independent, and non-partisan media in the United States that stands for economic and fiscal progressivism. We want the dissemination of truth, and nothing but the truth, for the benefit of a well-informed electorate.

Our Mission

To pursue our Vision, we serve as an advocate for a national cable and streaming news network that is credible and trustworthy. At the same time, we function as a conduit for honest and thoughtful news stories and podcasts.

We are on a crusade against the American mainstream media that serves the interests of lobbyists and special interests. We promote authentic, truthful voices that stand for progressive values. While serving as a central source for the news stories and podcasts, we try to expose false and misleading material and its disseminators.

We are striving to bring about a fundamental change in how the media operates. We are seeking greater media accountability with focus on truthful and factual news. To that end, our future direction will be based on the furtherance of the following objectives:

• Bring an end to the “yellow journalism,” practiced by the mainstream media which consistently indulges in falsehoods and innuendo to mislead the viewers.

• Hold the mainstream media accountable for the harm it is causing by spreading untruthful and misleading information.

• Reinterpret, revise, or altogether abandon the First Amendment whose provisions have been subject to misinterpretation by the courts and used by the lobbyists and special interests to the detriment of the interests of the citizens of the country.

• Overhaul the regulatory framework governing the media and establish a non-partisan, independent, and effective regulatory body free of government control to oversee the mainstream media.
